Returns & Exchanges

Not happy with your product? We’re sorry to hear that. We offer returns and exchanges on all our products if they are unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Please send back your items in the same zipper bag that you received them in.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to register and send back a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the plastic cover still in the bikini bottom, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, log in to your account and go to the product order you wish to return. Click on "Request return". Log in to your account here.

Once you have registered the return, please ship it back to us with any postal service of your choosing. We do not cover return shipping expenses or provide any return label. Please send back your order to Chikie AB, Västmannagatan 87B, 113 26, Stockholm (Sweden).

Please allow up to 7 business days from when we received your returned package for a full refund to your back account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product instead of a return, we will offer a free return label once you have placed a new order. Please follow these steps to make an exchange:

1. Register a return by signing in to your account and go to the product order you wish to send back. Click on "Request return". 

2. Once the return is accepted, make a new order for the new item. 

3. Send us an email with the marking "Exchange" and let us know that you wish to make an exchange and have followed the two first steps, and we will reply with a free return label for the first order to send back. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If everything looks good, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
